Engagement of our services, whether through a signed engagement letter, verbal instruction, or email confirmation, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Scope of services

Hooreks provides professional accounting, taxation, audit, and advisory services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to us. We rely on what you provide and cannot independently verify every fact. Errors in your data that result in incorrect filings or assessments remain your responsibility.

Fees & payment

All fees are agreed in writing before work commences. We do not begin any engagement without a confirmed fee arrangement. Our fee structure is transparent and fixed — there are no hidden charges.

We maintain independence as required by professional standards and will notify you if any conflict of interest arises in the course of an engagement.

Our CAs are required to maintain continuing professional education and comply with all ICAI regulations. You can verify our registration and standing on the ICAI member directory at icai.org.

Amendments to terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify active clients by email or in writing. The revised Terms will apply to any new engagement entered into after the effective date of the change. For ongoing engagements, changes will take effect 30 days after notification unless you notify us in writing that you do not accept them, in which case the engagement may be terminated without penalty.
